Social Housing: Main Concepts and Reasons for Introducing Systemic Reforms in the Housing Sphere

This text contains main information on housing policy in Serbia, on social housing and about the need to introduce reforms in the housing sector. This document is prepared especially as a hand-out material for the members of the Parliament, in the occasion of public hearing on the draft Social Housing Law. The law was adopted few months later and this document has been afterwards widely disseminated throughout Serbia, on conferences discussing future social housing strategy, during 2009.
