The programs that UDP develop and implement through individual projects are related to development of social housing institutions, carrying out local housing policy, reform of the system of condominium ownership, management and maintenance and strengthening of capacities for integrated development planning. Some of the projects mentioned here is part of such programs, while others are linked to concrete needs of the employers or beneficiaries.
