This brochure gives essential information on existing problems of maintenance of condominium buildings in Serbia, on basics of how condominium associations are organized in countries with long tradition in condominium ownership, how the rights of homeowners are exercised, what are their mutual obligations and what are their duties towards the local community. 
 

In its last part, the book offers practical guidelines to homeowners on how to improve management and maintenance of their condominium in the present legal framework in Serbia.
